This reproduction (from a stock part) is a fiberglass headlight bucket for the right or left side 1940 Chevrolet cars and Sedan Deliveries. Made to original dimensions but has no hardware. Sold as each. Handmade with three layers of 1.5 oz. fiberglass mat resulting in a part with consistent thickness and strength throughout. Features * Hand-rolled to remove air bubbles that can compromise quality. * No chopper gun used - EVER! * Finished in glossy, black, sandable, gelcoat. Requires only minimal preparation before painting. * Guaranteed to fit on stock, steel cars and many reproduction bodies. (Note: Vehicle condition and modifications may affect fit).
